7 more to go – Meeting the 4th college on Monday,, By Friday I should get 10 registered -
Yes I have to get back.
Not much really – 5 kgs by december – But now I am getting tempted to really GO FOR IT and lose 10 by December – Shouldn’t be a problem – IF i am really serious!!

Falling backwards on this one....
I need to reassess the situation – talk to my son – give him a minimum of 1 hour to talk to him – when HE is free not when I want it – It gets rushed then and I don’t get what I want to say.
I think I should write it down to get it clear and concise. Hmmn should do that today or tomorrow… latest.

I have already lost 1 kg ...
in just 15 days… Joined Yoga, Started walking, started moving even at home, started watching what i eat and eating less….. Feels great and motivated

Lost it!!!!
I just went mad at him his morning – And felt miserable afterwards. Planning to sit and have a heart to heart talk with him – coming halfway – and negoiating his study time and play time, And instead of just asking him to study – Sit with him… Phew!

He has giving up drinking alchohol for a month.... started yesterday
But was on and off for about 10 days – AND has been quite cheerful and happy – Good sign…. CHEERS
I have successfully done this for the past
seven days. I kow it takes atleast a month or 45 days to form a habit and it is too early to say I’ve done this. I’ve actually done this with the help of my calendar and fixed myself very well with breaks doing what I like – blogging and recording my stuff – writing about what I know—etc. I feel great and guilt free when I go to bed each night – Just want to spend more time on my children and my career…...
At the moment time spent is more on my home and my job… But it is okay so long as I don’t dream and waste my time…
