I have successfully done this for the past

seven days. I kow it takes atleast a month or 45 days to form a habit and it is too early to say I’ve done this. I’ve actually done this with the help of my calendar and fixed myself very well with breaks doing what I like – blogging and recording my stuff – writing about what I know—etc. I feel great and guilt free when I go to bed each night – Just want to spend more time on my children and my career…...
At the moment time spent is more on my home and my job… But it is okay so long as I don’t dream and waste my time…
